In an effort to curb Owen's negative reaction to the snow, I tried to make a snow ball (because he likes balls; surely he'd like this one!). The trouble is, Owen hates mittens and gloves, and, so, he hates snow balls. It was just too cold for him. As a result, he freaked out a little more.
